Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information

Delivery Costs

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at plasteringforumshop@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
